We didn’t start Pet Scholars in a corporate boardroom. We started it because a group of us made up of veterinarians, pet industry veterans, and deeply devoted pet parents kept noticing the exact same frustrating pattern.

For years, we watched the pet care industry become flooded with products that all looked the same, because they were the same. Time after time, we saw the exact same basic formulations just wrapped in different packaging, backed by flashy marketing but completely hollowed out of any real passion, care, or clinical purpose.

They might pause for just a second before climbing onto the couch, or their walks get a little shorter, even while their tails keep wagging.
